Hey Kaylah! Since you have a lot of experience with dying your hair I figured I'd ask you this: I'm naturally blonde but I've been dying my hair red for a few months. I want to go back to blonde, but like...bleach blonde for the remainder of the summer. Is it okay for me to just...bleach my hair? Or is there some trick to this so it actually comes out blonde and not some strange orange-y colour?

Before I answer, let me just say that I’m not a professional, buuuut if it were my hair I would wait until it was very faded. Do lots of conditioning treatments (it will make the red fade, plus make your hair soft!) then bleach. When my hair was red and I bleached it, it ended up a light pink.

I doubt you’ll get to a nice bleach blond after the first bleach without frying your hair though. Good luck whatever you do! :D
